We give you your own non-geographic telephone number, which you can either give to your clients so that we take calls directly or you can divert your calls to it when you are unable to take them. We always answer calls in your chosen manner and in your business name. We then deal with the calls as appropriate; patching calls through to you if you wish to take them, taking messages and passing them to you by telephone, email or SMS, or dealing with enquiries on your behalf. Your callers won't realise that we're not sitting in your office. Out of office hours callers will get a personal voice mail message in your business name and messages will then be dealt with as soon as possible.
We give you your own dedicated non-geographic fax number. Faxes are received and emailed to you so you can pick them up wherever you are. You can also send faxes from an email. You don't need a fax machine or a dedicated phone line.
We access your diary remotely and book appointments seamlessly, at the same time sharing this effortlessly with you, allowing you to add events and book time off as required.
We receive your mail, using our postal address, a PO Box or the Document Exchange (DX) and forward it to you by the most effective means - email, fax, post or DX.
You send it to us and we do the rest. We return it to you in apple pie order, having been actioned as necessary, with a note of just what we've done.
Using either a digital dictation machine or the dictation facility on your mobile phone, you dictate your work, download it and email it to us, or you can call up our dictation system and dictate via the phone. Or you can fax it to us or scan and email it. You choose which method suits you best. We then produce it in your house style and return it to you. We can also produce Power Point presentations and spreadsheets, deal with your direct mail campaigns and handle all your general secretarial requirements.
Simply send us your receipts and we can produce a spreadsheet showing exactly what you spent and where, on a monthly basis or whenever you choose.
You tell us who you want us to call, what you want us to say - not literally but give us some idea - and we'll do the rest. We also have experienced assistants on hand to give you an edge in successfully marketing your business.
We can create your very own virtual office on the web. With this facility we can work together regardless of geography, giving the infrastructure for communication and coordination and allowing us to collect information and to share it. Your online office will be configured in any way that you choose, access rights can be varied for members of your staff and status reports can be sent to you as and when you require. Databases and diaries can be synchronised and all data is stored online on a secure server. All of this is provided for a nominal monthly charge.
